Does it feel like no matter what you do, things never change? You’re running on all cylinders, trying to be everything for everyone, including yourself. You tell everyone that you are fine. Managing. But you’re noticing how it’s impacting you. You realize that things need to change. Whether you're experiencing the impacts of systemic oppression, self-esteem, or relationship issues, know that you don't have to be alone in this journey. No two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand and address the root cause of those issues.
I have been working in the field of psychology since 2011, working with individuals and families. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy +, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My special interest is working with womxn of color, identity issues, and couples counseling. I practice using family systems, person-centered, and relational approach in therapy.
My relationship with my clients is the most important part of each therapeutic process. I have a non-judgmental style that creates a safe space for all types of feelings, thoughts, and situations. I believe each person has strengths to help create a healthy living system that is sustainable. I am BDSM, kink, and poly- friendly, and LGBTQIA affirming.
